Customers are responsible for the cost and method of shipping their massager to our repair facility.

Before shipping, please:
- Clearly write your Order number on the outside of the package.
- Include a copy of your Order Confirmation inside the box.
- Ship only the massager (do not include attachments, accessories, chargers, or carrying cases).
- Use a sturdy box with plenty of protective padding to help prevent shipping damage.
- We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance for your protection.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your massager, our technicians will inspect and repair your unit as needed.
After service is complete, we will ship your massager back to you via standard ground shipping, which typically takes 1–5 business days.

If you would like your repaired massager returned sooner, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
